Kings Cross Studios is a fully equipped centre specialising in tailored bodywork experiences utilising Pilates and the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM.®

We are proud to be the home of the UK’s only fully equipped GYROTONIC® studio.

At Kings Cross Studios we cater to all physical abilities. All of our teachers are certified full-time Pilates and GYROTONIC® teachers with a wide range of experience in working with injured and pre/post natal clients.

Each individual programme addresses issues such as:

• Back pain

• Work-related muscular stress and tension

• Postural issues

• Overall body conditioning

• Referrals from medical therapists

• Specific sports-related requirements for   increased performance

• Pregnancy – ante/post natal

New clients attend their first session at the studio on a private tuition basis. This provides an opportunity for one on one attention during your initial postural assessment, medical update and introduction into one or both of the techniques.

However, for a limited time, we are making a Special Introductory Offer for all new clients.

After your introduction to the studio you have the option of either continuing with private tuition or small group sessions.

Whether attending small groups or private we work with you to develop a personalised programme to achieve your aims and requirements.

Each person is initially assessed and then consistently re-evaluated to ensure personal development and continuing improvement.

This approach enables both quicker and better results and underlines our commitment to maintaining the highest possible standard of teaching.
